The Sludge Hole
Just west of Wendigo Cave. Two or three always sit in the waterlogged pit — the one fixed, low-threat spawn, ideal for the Critical Hit daily.

Grafton Dam
Around five near the water and the dam face. Denser than the Sludge Hole, but Grafton is a higher-level area — come geared.

Path to Enlightenment (Event)
At Landview Lighthouse. Lighting the beacon spawns guaranteed waves of Radtoads at the base — the fastest way to farm a pile of them.
