Three right at the fast-travel point. Quick and easy, though other players on the server may have beaten you to them — check back in fifteen minutes or hop servers.

Middle Mountain Pitstop
Four around the pitstop. Brahmin are peaceful — the daily needs only two kills, but you can milk them for Brahmin Milk instead if you would rather keep them for recipes.
