A guaranteed roamer southeast of the maintenance building, out in the open. Aim for the blowholes on its shoulders for bonus damage — it has no head to shoot.

The headless brute caps the parade as the end boss. Fast-travel to Grafton and there is a fifty-percent chance the event fires, cooldown permitting.
